1) Speak up if I'm driving you crazy or if I did something outta line. Come straight to me instead of telling everyone else what I did/said and definitely don't bottle it up. 2) Be understanding if I've made a mistake. If you can say "She's only human." instead of "What was she thinking? She's so stupid. I would've never done that!" then we will be best friends forever. Simply put, never talk shit behind my back. That stuff is never kept secret for long so if I find out, we can still be friends, but I will never confide in you again.
